Extended monthly reservation protections
Strict Long Term: Complete refund up to 30 days before arrival. The first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable thereafter.
Super Strict Long Term: Complete refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before arrival. First 30 days non-refundable thereafter.
Applies automatically to all reservations of 28 nights or longer.

Your agreement when using Lakbay Philippines
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account or book a stay.
Bookings are binding once payment is confirmed and are governed by the listing's chosen cancellation policy.
Guests must follow house rules set by the host and treat the property and neighbors with respect.
Subletting, unauthorized parties, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
Lakbay Philippines acts as the booking platform; the host remains responsible for the accommodation provided.
How we handle your data
We collect only the data needed to process bookings, verify identity, and improve the platform.
Payment details are handled by PCI-compliant providers and are never stored on our servers.
